Understanding Classic Mode

In Classic Mode, you'll test your knowledge of Overwatch 2 heroes. Your goal is to identify the secret hero by analyzing six key attributes.

Hero Attributes

Classic Mode features these six key attributes for each hero:

• • Role: The hero's role (Tank, Damage, Support).
• • Gender: The hero's gender (Male, Female, Other).
• • Difficulty: The hero's difficulty to play (Easy, Medium, Hard).
• • Origin: The hero's country or region of origin.
• • Health: The hero's health category (Very Low, Low, Medium, High, Very High).
• • Year: The year when the hero was released in Overwatch.

Understanding Color Feedback

After each guess, you'll receive color-coded feedback for each attribute:

• • Green: Correct! The secret hero has exactly this attribute value.
• • Red: Incorrect. The secret hero does not have this attribute value.

For Difficulty, Health, and Year attributes, you'll see directional arrows:

• • Arrow Up (↑): The secret hero's value is HIGHER than your guess.
• • Arrow Down (↓): The secret hero's value is LOWER than your guess.

Playing Classic Mode

1. Start by making your first guess of any hero from the search list.
2. Watch as each attribute tile flips in sequence, revealing the color-coded feedback.
3. Analyze the green and red tiles to identify matching and non-matching attributes.
4. Use the directional arrows on Difficulty, Health, and Year to narrow down possibilities.
5. Make your next guess based on the combined feedback received.
6. Continue until you correctly identify the secret hero!
7. Return daily for a new hero to guess in Classic Mode.

Winning Strategy Tips

• • Start with heroes you know well to establish a baseline of attribute patterns.
• • Pay attention to the sequential flip animation – each tile reveals information in order.
• • Use arrows strategically: they help you quickly eliminate entire groups of heroes.
• • For ordinal attributes (Difficulty, Health), remember the scale.
• • Cross-reference multiple attributes – a hero must match ALL green feedback.
• • Remember that Role, Gender, and Origin must match exactly (no arrows, just green or red).
